  • 9.30-10am – Welcome Brews, Meet & Greet

  • 10-11am – Pilates for Beginners

  • 11-11.25am – Refreshments & Comfort Break

  • 11.30-12.30pm – Yogalates with resistance bands and Pilates soft ball

  • 12.30-1.15pm – Vegan, seasonal lunch and free time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings

  • 1.15-2.45pm – Make your own natural Springtime remedies with Jessica Rost - expert talk and a take home treat! (TBC)

  • 2.45-3.10 – Refreshments & Comfort Break

  • 3.15-4.45pm – Yin Yoga with Annie Neat (TBC)

  • 4.45-5pm - Q&As, aftercare

Car Parking available on site.

  • A yoga/exercise mat

  • A blanket and pillow
